Returns Policy

We hope you love your dancewear. If not, you've got 30 days from your purchase to send it back to us for an exchange or refund.

Complete your returns from, package up your items, and address them to:

You'll need to pay for postage, and we recommend using Royal Mail.

All returns should be sent postage paid to the address above. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. We recommend that you return your goods via Royal Mail and obtain a proof of postage receipt as we cannot accept responsibility for undelivered returns. Returns must be sent in resalable condition, in the original packaging and with all tags still attached.

Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on underwear, tights, hair accessories and makeup. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

Please enclose your returns form, or a note with your name, address, phone number, and whether you'd like a refund or exchange.

We will happily post out a different colour or size of the same item to a UK address for free. Postage will be payable if you require a different item or additional item, or if you live outside of the UK.

Straight exchanges (same item but different size or colour) will be sent postage paid by Dancewear Central for UK mainland only. Postage will be charged for a different style ordered in exchange, or any additional items.

If there is a price difference between the original product and the one you're exchanging it for, we'll get in touch to take payment for the difference.

If you require a refund please complete our returns form, and enclose it with your unwanted items within 30 days of receipt.

We will process your refund as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 28 working days.

Refunds are for merchandise only. Postage is non-refundable in any circumstances, excluding where complete orders have been cancelled as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
