Please note that for purchases of goods from 10.10.24 we will extend our usual 30 day returns period until Monday 13.01.25. All usual terms apply.
We hope you love your dancewear. However if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we are here to help.
If you require an exchange please complete the returns form included in your parcel and enclose it with your unwanted items within 30 days of receipt to:

We will happily post out a different colour or size of the same item to a UK address for free. Postage will be payable if you require a different item or additional item, or if you live outside of the UK.
If you require a refund please complete the returns form included in your parcel and enclose it with your unwanted items within 30 days of receipt to the above address. We will process your refund as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 28 working days.

All returns should be sent postage paid to the address above. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. We recommend that you return your goods via Royal Mail and obtain a proof of postage receipt as we cannot accept responsibility for undelivered returns. Returns must be sent in resalable condition, in the original packaging and with all tags still attached.
Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on underwear, tights, hair accessories and makeup. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Where possible please enclose the returns form, or state clearly your name, address and telephone number as well as your instructions. Straight exchanges (same item but different size or colour) will be sent postage paid by Dancewear Central for UK mainland only. Postage will be charged for a different style ordered in exchange, or any additional items.
Refunds are for merchandise only. Postage is non-refundable in any circumstances, excluding where complete orders have been cancelled as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We will endeavour to process refunds as quickly as possible. However this may take up to 28 days.
